Turin v Genoa Betting Tips [22 October 2021]

Torino go into this Serie A game without a win in four league matches. They are 12th in the table and host Genoa who are 18th and in the relegation zone. There are six places between the two clubs but a win for Genoa will see them go a point above Torino. The home side got off to a poor start with defeats in their opening two Serie A fixtures. They recovered with wins over Salernitana and Sassuolo but since then have drawn two and lost two. Not exactly the easiest of fixture lists though with the two losses being against Juventus and leaders Napoli. Their last five league matches have all seen under 2.5 goals scored and Torino have failed to score in the last two. Three of their last five home Serie A games have had under 2.5 goals scored.

Genoa are in the bottom three but only by goal difference. They have had just the one win in Serie A this season. That was away at Cagliari who are one from bottom in the table. It was a hard fought win though as they trailed 2-0 going into the 59th minute. Genoa haven't been able to build on that win though with three draws and two losses. They do tend to start badly though and two of those draws again saw them go 2-0 down only to get back level.  Their away form has produced four points from four games. The most recent saw them lose 1-0 at Salernitana who were winning their first match since being promoted. A bet on under 2.5 goals is the tip here.
