Real Madrid clinched the La Liga title on Saturday and now bid to reach the Champions League final. They host Manchester City in the home second leg, trailing 4-3 in the tie. There's no away goals rule so a win for Real by one clear goal will take us into extra time. The La Liga champions did well to escape the first leg with only a one goal deficit, having been behind 2-0, 3-1 and 4-2. Real have already lost two home games in this season's Champions League, being beaten by Sheriff and Chelsea. There was also the 4-0 home loss to Barcelona, so they can be fragile at times. Three of their last five Champions League games have been lost.
Manchester City still have work to do to clinch the English Premier League title. It's the Champions League they would love to win though and are bidding to reach their second successive final. They had an easy 4-0 win at Leeds on Saturday making it 16 goals in their last four matches. Away from home in the Champions League this season, City have lost at PSG and Leipzig (weakened line-up played) but have twice scored five goals on their travels. Real will have to push forward as they try to get back into this tie. They'll probably need at least two goals to even be in with the chance of extra time as City are likely to get on the scoresheet. City won at Real the last time they played them and have won their last three meetings. Back City to get the win here.
