Internacional are top of Copa Libertadores Group B but may need to rely on their home form. They have three points from their two games and host Olimpia who are third and on the same number of points. Internacional began the group with a 2-0 away defeat at Always Ready. That was their eighth away game in this competition without a win. Home form is better though and they bounced back with a 4-0 win over Deportivo Tachira. That left us with four teams all on three points in this group. Internacional have only lost two of their last 23 home Copa Libertadores home games and will be confident of getting three points here and extend a run of five home games without loss in all competitions.
Olimpia are third in the group but could easily be top. Their opening game was away at Deportivo Tachira and they led 1-0 before conceding a goal ten minutes from time to lose 3-2. Three points were earned from their next game with a 2-1 home win over Always Ready. They trailed in the second half due to an own goal but two goals in the last 19 minutes got them a valuable win. Olimpia are second in their domestic league in Paraguay but lost at Cerro Porteno at the weekend. Three of their last five away matches in all competitions have been lost. Away form in the Copa Libertadores is appalling with just one win in their last 19 played. Back Internacional to get the home win here.
