Chelsea v FC Copenhagen Betting Tips [13 March 2025]

Chelsea have one foot in the Conference League quarter-finals ahead of their last 16 return leg against Copenhagen. From the opening leg of this tie, Chelsea lead 2-1 and will seek to seal this, with a match against Molde or Legia Warsaw next. Read on for our prediction. 

Second half strikes from Reece James and Enzo Fernandez put Chelsea in the driver’s seat. Starting this season as favorites in the Conference League, the Blues haven't disappointed. 

They won all their matches after the qualifiers. In the last three, however, they failed to keep a clean sheet. With a home run of six matches unbeaten, Chelsea will be very confident going into this game.

Copenhagen are faced with an uphill task coming into this game. To stay in Europe, they must do something no other team has done this season. They have to beat Chelsea in the Conference League at home.

Gabriel Pereira’s late goal in the first leg gave them some hope but the job at hand is still huge. The visitors found no reprieve domestically, as they drew 1-1 with SonderjyskE last time out.

That left them winless in three straight matches. Jacob Neestrup’s men recorded three defeats in their last four Conference League matches. They scored in all those defeats bar one.

Chelsea are clearly the favorites here and though with a slim lead, are expected to punch their quarter-final ticket. The Blues are unbeaten in their last seven Conference League matches, winning all. However, in their last three, they lost their defensive solidity, conceding in each.
