Is Mystake a bookmaker for you?
There are a number of key questions to assess when judging whether Mystake is the right bookmaker for you, but the site certainly gets off on a strong foot in terms of its accessible and good value welcome offer.
That offer gets a thumbs up from us and in general, we at Wincomparator found that Mystake has a solid offering for the vast majority of customers, with some outstanding points, but a few niggles that we’d like to see improved.
We loved the Live betting section, the range of sports and fixtures offered, plus the wide range of long-term promotions offering good value on the site. Access to the other Mystake sites such as Casino, Esports, Mini Games etc was also very easy.

Review of the Mystake website
Assuming you are all signed up and raring to go as a new Mystake customer, let’s now give you the lowdown on the Mystake site and what it has to offer.
We were delighted to dins that the site is fully mobile-optimised, so can be accessed readily from a mobile device as well as a desktop. Better still, it has been very well designed. The drop down lists make the screen appear uncluttered and you can open and close lists depending on the information you want without the screen becoming overloaded.
Navigation is fast, simple and effective. It is easy to use the menu-driven system to dig through the options to find the markets you want, with many prominent markets displayed in the main front page section in the centre of the screen.
As is customary, placing a bet is simply a case of clicking on the odds for a selection to add it to your bet slip, which then appears on screen allowing you to easily enter your bet stake and place the bet.
So it’s full marks from us for Mystake in terms of the functionality and user-friendliness of its app.
Why download the Mystake App?
Nowadays, many bettors and gamers use their mobile phone to place bets and wager online. These handy, portable devices allow you to access a vast range of your personal data and interests online, wherever you have a viable internet connection, either via 5G or WiFi.
In terms of Mystake, the simplest way to access the site on a mobile is through what the site refers to as its app available for both iOS (Apple) devices and also for Android devices.
However, our review found that the Mystake app is something of a misnomer. On the official site, both the mobile apps shown for iOS and Android are simply instructions on how to create a shortcut on your handset to the mobile-compatible Mystake website, rather than standalone, optimised apps.
Of course, there’s nothing wrong with this, especially as the Mystake website works so well and is intuitive for users to access, both on a standard desktop or laptop, or on a wide range of mobile devices. To that end, we have given you details of how you can do this in the sections below.
However, before that we must also warn you about the ‘Mystake apps’ that are available in the Google Play store.
How do I download the Mystake App on Android?
For safety and security, we would only recommend using the instructions shown on the Mystake official website to access the Android mobile version of the site. Despite there appearing to be a number of Mystake apps available in the Google Play store.
If Mystake is Available in the Play Store
A search in the Google Play Store reveals that a Mystake app is available, or at least appears to be. However, a quick scan down the list revealed several “Mystake” apps and other apps with a slightly different title, but with a very similar icon and branding to the Mystake logo.
As part of our review, we checked through the apps and could not find any that were certified as genuine from Mystake. Instead, the apps seemed to be designed by third-party individuals or companies, seemingly to try and trick users to use their software to access the official site.
These apps may well provide that link to the Mystake mobile site, but the problem is that they are not secure. If a third party creates an app that creates a quick link to the Mystake site on your mobile device, then you do not know whether that software is logging your password, username and other account details. That makes them a potential security risk.
As such, we would not advise using any of the Mystake apps, or similarly designed apps, you can access in the Google Play store at present and instead would recommend only using the official link from the Mystake mobile section.
If Mystake is not available in the Play Store
It is easy to download the Mystake mobile option direct from the Mystake site by following the steps below.
- Head to the Mystake website. Use this direct, safe and secure link to the Mystake website.
- Load up the Mobile App page. Here you can select which app you want to download, for Android devices click on the Android option.
- Follow the On Screen Instructions. The instructions will guide you how to install a quick link to the Mobile-optimised version of the Mystake site. This includes:
- Opening the mobile site using the Google Chrome browser.
- Click on Share
- Click on the “Add to Home Screen” Option
- Click on the newly created Mystake icon. Now you have a direct access link to the Mystake mobile site which you can access as you would an app.

Outright betting at Mystake
If you are someone who enjoys longer-term outright betting options, then our review found that Mystake caters for this particular market very well.
There are a wealth of outright options available for almost any competition, tournament or award that you can wager on with Mystake. Furthermore, there are extensive longer-term outright markets available for events taking place further in the future, such as the 2026 World Cup Finals, or even the 2026/2028 UEFA Nations League.
What is impressive is that our review found that in addition to the standard ‘to win the tournament’ outright markets, Mystake offered a wide range of additional outright bets, such as ‘to win Group A, Win Group B, Win Group C etc, outright options. This ensured a great variety when it comes to outright betting across a very broad range of sports.
Special bets at Mystake
Alongside the vast range of sports betting markets and fixtures available at Mystake, the site also offers a smaller range of non-sporting betting options.
Several of these are located in the Specials section in the drop down list in the left hand menu. Options here include betting on political issues and also on awards and TV contests, such as the Oscars, BBC TV Sports Personality of the Year and the Eurovision Song contest.
The Sports section at Mystake also includes a raft of esports betting options, which are available via the drop-down list, as well as in the dedicated Esports betting section (which we cover in more detail below).
Odds offered at Mystake
At Wincomparator, we understand that bookmakers welcome offers, loyalty schemes and promotions are a good way to offer long term value. However, as punters first and foremost, we also realise that for real long-term value, getting good odds on your chosen bets is hugely important. How does Mystake compare with other top sports betting sites in this key area?
In reviewing the odds for this site across a few sports and events we found that Mystake didn’t offer the best value on the shorter priced favourites for an event in the main. Of course, there were exceptions to that rule, but generally we found that other sites tended to offer slightly better odds on the favourite to win an event.
However, for other options, such as the longer odds option, or in the sports where a draw is a possibility, Mystake fared much better. In fact, when it came to backing the underdog, Mystake’s odds were generally at least equal to and often better than what many of its rival sportsbooks offer.
It is our contention therefore that if you are someone who regularly backs the favourite option, Mystake does not probably offer the best long term odds value. However, if you mix up your bets, or prefer to back non-favourite, higher odds bet, then Mystake does offer customers excellent value in terms of their odds.

Football or Soccer betting is an important element of any sports betting site. Not only is it one of the most popular forms of betting, it is also a huge revenue generator for sites. As such, Mystake very much has football as the prominent sport when you load up the site. Here’s what our review noted.
- Extensive Coverage - We were delighted to find that Mystake’s football coverage included not just the more prominent leagues, but also many of the lesser known and lower leagues from divisions all across the globe. Furthermore, the site also covers Youth, U21, U18, Women’s football as well as both club and international games from all over the globe.
- Dedicated Promotions - On site offers such as the Top 5 Leagues 20% Cashback offer are ideal for football bettors, while other promotions are also compatible for customers that enjoy football betting (such as bet 3 Get 1 Free betting offer).
- Wide Choice of Betting Markets - Even for lesser known games, Mystake offers an extensive range of betting markets, many of which have options that are rarely found on other betting sites.
- Bet Builder Option - Football punters can create their own Bet Builder bets using the built-in Bet Builder options for a wide range of games available on the site.
Taking an overview of the football coverage at Mystake, we feel that the site offers everything that a fan of football would need to enjoy long-term betting on the site. Furthermore, we feel that the same high quality of service is replicated across other sports too.
Esports betting at Mystake
Mystake’s esports betting service can be found in both the Sports Betting section of the site (where games are listed in the drop-down menu) but for ease of use the dedicated esports betting section on site is certainly the most efficient way to bet.
The Esports betting service covers all the top esports options, with especially comprehensive coverage of Counter-Strike and League of Legends. However, its coverage also extends to other games such as Call of Duty, Dota 2 and Valorant.
We also found that Mystake offers frequent live streams of top esports events as well as a bespoke live betting service on these games, all of which we found to be excellent, although not as extensive as you will find, especially on esports betting specialist sites.
MyStake Live betting: what is the live betting range worth?
Certainly one of the best aspects of the Mystake Sports service was its in-play offering. This is available in both the main section of the sports betting site (under the Live tab) and also in a dedicated Live Sports betting section.
The service offers plenty of different live fixtures to bet on across a range of sports, and what is particularly impressive is its live statistics and match tracker services.
We also liked it is easy to get your bets placed quickly when betting live at Mystake and that on selected markets, Cash Out options are available. Another positive is that through the use of a simple list-based layout and time-sensitive main menu screen, it is generally easy to find sports events taking place at or near to the current time, as well as those that will go live in the near future.
Unfortunately, its live streaming service is a little limited and is restricted to just a few sports, however you can find statistics and graphical interpretations of fixtures and matches which you can use to help inform your in-play betting decisions. For sports in which live streams are available you do need to have logged in to your Mystake account to access the feed.
In our opinion, the Live Betting section at Mystake is one of the best features of the site, even with the caveat of a small number of live streams. We found it one of the most convenient, speedy and accessible sites for punters who enjoy the thrill of live betting.

In addition to the main features that we have outlined above in our review, there are a number of other features and services that you should be aware of that are available to customers at Mystake. We have outlined some of the more notable of these below.
Cash Out
The cash out option is available on selected sports betting bets and also on selected live sports betting bets.
When the cash out option is available, it is clearly demarcated on the screen for the relevant bet. If there is no cash out option available, then the bet is likely not eligible for cash out.
Bet Builder
Mystake has an integrated Bet Builder feature which can be used across a variety of different sports. This allows customers to select from a pre-selected range of markets for that fixture to create their own specialised accumulator bet from the markets they select.
Racing
There is a dedicated section on Mystake for horse racing betting which features a wide range of races from around the world, including the United States, UK and Ireland and Australia.
The section is arranged intuitively into the times for each race and meeting which makes it particularly easy to navigate.
Mystake Loyalty Scheme/VIP Scheme

Mystake support: our opinion on customer service
Having somewhere to visit to resolve a query or problem on site is a key aspect for any site and our reviews always take the quality of customer service into account. How did Mystake score in terms of its customer service support?
On a positive note, the site does have its own Chat facility and email address support@mystake.email, which is readily available to all customers of the site. However, you do need to log in and provide details of your username, email address to access the service. Not ideal if you are not a customer of the site but still want some information about it, perhaps before you join.
In addition to the chat service, there is an FAQ section on the site. Unfortunately, the way this section is organised is not particularly user friendly. There’s no quick links to the different sections as it is organised into one long document. That means trawling through the document to see if your issue is covered. And in truth, not many issues are covered in this part of the site.
With no dedicated help section, it does fall on the Live Chat service to answer most queries and when we used that service, the responses were generally quick and extensive.
In our view, customer service via chat is generally good at Mystake, however beyond that service, we felt that the information elsewhere on the site, notably in the FAQ section could be more extensive and organised far better to enable customers to find the information they require much more easily.
Security: is Mystake reliable?
A quick look through the Privacy Policy reveals that Mystake adheres to all local regulations as outlined in their licence under OGL/2024/250/0115 of operation in whatever jurisdiction. Additionally the site has a unique ID for each player as well as a password. The site is also GDPR compliant.
However, the part of the Privacy Policy that deals with the security of your data is somewhat vague with phrases such as “take all reasonable precautions to ensure the data you have submitted to us remains safe”. Ideally, for peace of mind, we’d like to know more about the precautions that have been taken.
Also, while the company is currently moving from one licence held in Curacao to another, there is a question mark over whether the company is currently licensed, although it continues to operate in many jurisdictions across the globe and the move is being overseen by a well-known provider of just such services based in Curacao.
Our Verdict on Mystake (reviewed in July 2026)
After compiling our Mystake review in July 2026, we are of the opinion that Mystake offers an excellent option for the vast majority of punters.
That is not to say we are overlooking some of the negative issues with the site. We would like to see these improved, especially regarding the issues with the Help/FAQ section and also a clearer picture of its licensing situation would be more reassuring.
That said, we’ve not encountered any issues with Mystake and as a result, we’d have no hesitation in recommending the site for all-round value, a good value welcome offer and long-term, potentially generous promotions.
