1Win Support: our opinion on customer service
There is one area we think 1Win can do a much better job. We will give it to the operator; we appreciate their Live Chat feature, as it is something we always keep an eye out for in reviews because of its speed and convenience in serving customers.
However, we did experience some friction using it. Notably, the chatbot didn't have answers to some obvious questions we had, which was a bummer. But the good news is we're able to reach out to a human operator in 15 minutes.
While we were satisfied with the quality of the answers, the response time was a bit long, with some answers coming 7 minutes after the questions were asked.
To top it off, there is no phone support channel, which we find inconvenient, especially for times when you may need immediate support.
That said, if the chatbot doesn't have the answers you seek, you can still reach out to 1Win through email support (support@1win.social).
It may also be possible to get support on any of 1Win's social channels, which include Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and X.
Overall, the 1Win customer support service is usable but still has much room for improvement.
Security: is 1Win reliable?
