La Romareda is the venue for an intriguing matchup between Zaragoza and Huesca, for the twentieth round of LaLiga2 action. Zaragoza are currently in sixteenth place while Huesca are ninth, yet just three points off the play off spots. For the hosts, a 0-0 draw with Albacete might not have been the desired outcome, yet it extended their unbeaten streak to four games, while it was their first clean sheet in six. With Zaragoza in dire need of points, they can at least look to their recent home record with optimism in light of this one. They have lost just one of their last seven home games, yet kept just two cleats sheets during that run. Their record against Huesca on home turf is also positive, having lost once in the previous six against them and keeping clean sheets in three of the last four.
For Huesca, a 1-0 win against Andorra, with both teams receiving a red card, was much-needed solace. The visitors managed to return to winning ways after a lacklustre winless run of four games, and are now a within a win’s distance from the top six. On the downside, Huesca will not be looking at their recent performances on the road with much hope. They are winless in their last five away games, blanking in two of those. They have also won just one of their last eleven outings, with their tally of six points from nine league away games subpar to say the least. To top it off, the Huesca outfit have not had much joy when visiting Zaragoza of late, winning just one of their six encounters.
