Eintracht Frankfurt have struggled so far in the season; their 4-0 win over Magdeburg in the German Cup is the only victory they have so far, in five matches. The visitors have drawn their last two matches, coming after two straight losses and in one of their last four matches, they failed to score. Two of their last five matches have produced over 2.5 goals and they have failed to score in one of the five games. Eintracht Frankfurt haven’t managed a win in their last five away matches in Bundesliga. And they have failed to score in three of these matches. Three times in those five matches, they have conceded two or more goals.
Eintracht Frankfurt haven’t had a good start to the season and here they meet a motivated side after the late fightback to beat Borussia Dortmund. The hosts have been consistent in attack and here they face a side that hasn’t done so well in defence in the league, especially away from home. Facing a newly promoted side, Eintracht Frankfurt will want to go for a win here and with Werder Bremen doing well in attack, over 2.5 goals could be a possibility.
