Earlier, they posted a shock result in drawing 0-0 with Real Madrid and they will hope to go one better here. Barcelona’s woes in the season continued in their last game as they suffered a 3-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League. They are now on two straight losses and have failed to score in three of their last five. Three of their last five matches have produced under 2.5 goals but they managed three goals in a 3-1 win over Villarreal recently. That remains the only time in the last five matches that Barcelona have scored more than a goal. Away from home, things haven’t been very rosy for Barcelona; they’ve failed to score in three of the last five away league games. The win over Villarreal was their first away from home in the league this season.

Barcelona aren’t having a very good season but this is a game even at their current state, they should be going for a win. However they meet an Osasuna side that can really defend. Osasuna have pulled some great shows defensively this season including shutting out Real Madrid and they will also view this as a game they can win. Both sides are however low scorers and we will back this to end in under 2.5 goals.
