Napoli v Leicester Betting Tips [9 December 2021]

It's going to be an exciting finish to Group C in the Europa League. Third placed Napoli host Leicester City with the top three teams still able to qualify. Napoli have seven points going into this final game, that puts them one point behind second placed Legia Warsaw and two adrift of their opponents in this game. A win will take them into the knockout stages but they'll only win the group if Spartak Moscow fail to beat bottom of the table Legia Warsaw. A draw will secure a top two finish only if Spartak lose. Napoli made a great start to the season but have slipped of late with just one win in the last six games. The weekend saw them lose at home to Atalanta to drop down to third in Serie A. Two home games in this group have seen them beat Legia Warsaw but lose 3-2 at home to Spartak Moscow. 

Leicester City are top of the group and guaranteed at least a transfer to the Europa Conference League. Avoiding defeat in Italy will see them in the next stages of the Europa League. They should already be there though after leading Napoli 2-0 in the reverse fixture, only to end up drawing 2-2. Away form in this group has seen them beaten by Legia Warsaw but win 4-3 at Spartak Moscow. City are 11th in the English Premier League and lost at the weekend away at Aston Villa. Their last 15 games has seen them concede a goal but 11 of their last 13 played have seen both teams score. Back that stat to come up in this game.
