A win for Manchester City will take them 17 points clear at the top of the Premier League. They host Leeds United who are 11th in the table, just the 32 points behind their opponents. It's been another successful week for City with a midweek Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund. When you can leave Sterling, Aguero and Jesus on the bench and still win, it's no wonder they are top of the league. The win over Dortmund was their 27th victory in 28 games in all competitions. Since the loss to Manchester United, City have won six straight games, scoring at least twice in all of them. City have won nine of their last ten home league fixtures but do tend to concede. That's happened in each of their last five league and cup games at the Etihad.
Leeds United have little hope of European football next season but are safe from relegation. It's been a solid performance from them back in the Premier League. What might they achieve if improving a defence that has conceded 48 league goals this season. Away performances have been mixed with seven wins and eight defeats without a draw in sight. They have lost three of the last four with eight conceded. Not stats you need to take to the Etihad and they have just one clean sheet in the last ten away league matches. A bet on City to win at half and full time is the recommended bet. A side bet on both teams to score may be a winner too as Leeds have scored in four of their last six on the road.
