It’s a heavyweight clash in the late Sunday Serie A fixture as two giants go head-to-head when Juventus welcome AC Milan to the Allianz Stadium in Turin. It’s first versus 11th with Juventus leading the way and Milan struggling in mid-table as the Turin side look to extend their unbeaten run to 16 games.
Juve under Maurizio Sarri have 12 wins and three draws so far this season winning seven of their last eight in Serie A which sees them ahead of a much improved Inter this season. Sarri’s side also sealed their passage through to the last-16 of the Champions League in mid-week with a 2-1 win away at Lokomotiv Moscow which was their third consecutive win in all competitions.
Milan have recently undergone another managerial change with Stefano Pioli now at the helm after Marco Giampaolo’s three-and-a-half-month stint in charge and he has picked up four points from four games in charge. Most recently they were beaten by Lazio 2-1.
At home Juventus have won each of their five games in Serie A earning 15 points and they are yet to be losing at half-time in the league. The Bionconeri have been drawing in six games at half-time that they have went on to win.
Pioli hasn’t yet instilled his practices on this Milan side but realistically it will take one or two transfer windows to they get back to where they should be. Juventus should win this easily and I’m backing them to be winning at both half-time and full-time.
