Ghana open their Africa Cup of Nations Group F match-ups against Benin. The two sides will be fighting for Group supremacy with Cameroon and Guinea Bissau. From their last six matches in all competitions, the Black Stars have won four times, drawn once and lost once. Next opponents Benin just recently beat Mauritania 3-1 in a pre-AFCON friendly match where Steve Mounie scored all the goals. This became the fourth win for Benin in their last six matches of which they lost twice. Ghana have beaten Benin in two of their last three head to head matches of which the latter won once.
Even as Ghana area regional super power, they are pitted against a hard-fighting Benin side. There is a good chance of Ghana carrying the day, but the safest bet is for at least two goals to be scored by full time.
