Both clubs need a win here but aren't in the best of form. Getafe are 15th in La Liga and host fifth placed Real Betis. The home side are five points clear of the relegation zone and had a very welcome win in their last match. They won 2-0 at Celta Vigo and that was their first away victory of the season. Before that success, Getafe had only earned seven points from 16 games. Borja Mayoral scored both their goals and Getafe will hope he can carry on that form. There are five league games remaining with three at home where eight La Liga games have been won this season. A couple of wins should guarantee them safety. Their home form is good and they'd been unbeaten in nine league games before losing to Villarreal. That run included a home victory over Real Madrid. 16 home league fixtures have only seen 36 goals scored and five of the last nine have had under 2.5 goals scored in them with seven clean sheets in the last ten.
Real Betis are chasing a place in the Champions League. They are four points behind fourth placed Atletico Madrid and nine ahead of eighth place. Currently they are in the Europa League spot but after their win in the Copa del Rey final last weekend will at least be in the Europa Conference League. Their hopes of Champions League football have suffered a blow of late with only a single point from their last two fixtures. They drew at Real Sociedad but then surprisingly lost at home to Elche. With games to play against both Barcelona and Real Madrid, it may be more a case of hanging on to their Europa League place rather than qualifying for the Champions League. Away form has seen them win eight La Liga matches with only one loss in the last eight. Six of their last eight matches have seen under 2.5 goals scored. Back that stat to come up this weekend.
