Arsenal v Leeds Betting Tips [26 October 2021]

Arsenal welcome Leeds United in the Round of 16 of the EFL Cup at the Emirates Stadium. Leeds United, however, have been the shadow of the side which finished in the upper half of the table in the Premier League. They are around the relegation zone in the Premier League and have been highly inconsistent with their results. They are on a four-game winless run in away matches. Marcelo Bielsa’s men have not gone past the second round in the EFL Cup in the last four seasons and are in uncharted territories as far as their recent cup run is concerned. It is also to be noted that Leed United are winless in their last nine head to head matches against Arsenal and have a lot of ground to cover in order to overcome the Gunners.

 EFL Cup comes as a tool of redemption for Leeds United but going by the overall form of the side, it is highly unlikely that they will be able to prevail against Arsenal. The hosts have found their newfound consistency and are picking up regular three points despite an initial poor start to the season.
